New President’s Team Leadership Events – Virtual 2021 through 2022

Herbalife Nutrition is a $5 Billion global health and wellness company that prides itself on its network of one million distributors. One of the most significant events as a distributor is reaching the President’s Team level. It’s a celebrated moment of accomplishment that pre-Covid, would include a VIP weekend where 40+ guests would be flown to Los Angeles, engage in education, go on exclusive tours of the Headquarters and LA Galaxy Stadium, network with Herbalife leadership, and enjoy surprise & delight moments.

Our job was to rethink every aspect of the live event, to deliver a virtual experience that could be replicated 25+ times in 2021.

Our solution included designing a bespoke, fully immersive virtual hub where guests could explore different rooms to access live and pre-recorded content and presentations including: the Mark Hughes Theater, Master Class & Training Room, the Photo Studio, and President’s Team Lounge. Interactive pedestals with hovering icons unlock 360˚ Virtual Tours that could be viewed online, or inside a VR headset we sent to guests in advance. We shot 360˚ virtual tours inside the Herbalife HQ in Los Angeles, LA Galaxy Stadium, H.I.M innovation facility in Winston-Salem, NC, and a Virtual workout with Samantha Clayton. Rotating digital ads, dynamic TV screens, and jumbotron with their attendee names rotating on it, were all included to make the experience feel more alive and personal.

FG|PG was responsible for the entire digital strategy, virtual designs, UX, 3D modeling, photo app design and integration, and all 360˚ virtual content shoots. We also infused technology enabling our site (and all audio) to be translated into 25 languages to support our global audience.
